• Develop and implement sales and business growth strategies
• Drive revenue growth and market expansion across all product categories
• Lead and manage key customer relationships and commercial negotiations
• Oversee sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management
• Develop and manage distributor and channel partner networks
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Petroleum Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Master's Degree in Business administration (MBA), Marketing, Strategic Management, or a related discipline will be an added advantage
• Minimum of ten (I0) years' progressive experience in sales, business development, or commercial management
• At least five (5) years' experience in a senior sales leadership role
• Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and leading high-performing sales team
• Experience within the Oil Marketing Industry, Lubricants, LPG, Energy, FMCG, Manufacturing, or related sectors will be highly preferred
