Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and delivering innovative telecom, cloud, and enterprise IT solutions, supporting business growth through technical excellence and customer engagement.

This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and client-facing experience to support pre-sales activities, solution development, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and development of solution architectures across business, infrastructure, and functional domains
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend alternative architectural solutions, considering cost, performance, scalability, and risk trade-offs
  • Prepare and respond to technical and functional requirements in RFIs/RFPs
  • Support the sales process by proactively identifying and resolving technical barriers using innovative and adaptive approaches
  • Analyze customer business needs and translate them into effective technology-driven solutions aligned with current and emerging trends
  • Engage with clients through strong communication, presentations, and technical consultations, ensuring clarity and trust
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams on client engagements, including executive briefings, solution presentations, contract discussions, and requirement gathering
  • Support marketing initiatives such as webinars, industry events, and roundtables to promote solutions and capabilities
  • Develop detailed technical designs for cloud-based and on-premises solutions, including system components, integrations, and interfaces
  • Support project delivery and change initiatives by preparing technical implementation plans aligned with enterprise architecture standards
  • Take ownership of client requirements, including data collection, analysis, solution design, and issue resolution
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and continuous innovation
  • Develop technical documentation, reports, and technology roadmaps to guide business and IT strategy
  • Design solutions using appropriate modeling techniques, ensuring compliance with architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices
  • Produce multiple architectural views to address stakeholder needs, including functional and non-functional requirements, and support proof of concept (POC) activities
  • Review and enhance solution designs to ensure alignment with specifications, quality standards, and business objectives
  • Contribute to the development of new go-to-market offerings and share domain knowledge across relevant industries
  • Work across multiple technical layers and value chains to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Telecommunications, or related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a Solutions Architect / Pre-Sales role
  • Proven experience in telecom, cloud, or enterprise IT environments
  • Strong experience in designing and delivering end-to-end technical solutions
  • Telecom: LAN/WAN, MPLS, VPN, SD-WAN, fiber and wireless solutions
  • Security: Firewalls, IAM, data protection, and compliance standards
  • Strong understanding of data centers, backup, and disaster recovery
  • Cloud: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, hybrid cloud)
