Job Summary

On behalf of our esteemed client from the paints industry, we are seeking aggressive, results-driven Senior Sales Executives responsible for expanding market presence, and achieve consistent growth through territory penetration, competitor displacement, and strategic trade and influencer engagement. The successful candidates will play a critical role in expanding visibility and accessibility of the company's paint products through direct field execution and tactical responsiveness to market dynamics.


Key Responsibilities

Market Penetration & Expansion

  • Identify and convert high-potential outlets, contractors, and influencers into loyal partners
  • Develop and implement territory-specific activation plans focused on beating competition at ground level
  • Expand distribution footprint aggressively to ensure product availability and visibility


Competitive Intelligence & Selling Strategy

  • Remain actively informed of competitor pricing, trade schemes, launches, and market tactics
  • Craft and execute agile, on-the-ground counterstrategies to defend and grow market share
  • Position the company’s paint products as the preferred choice through product demonstration and persuasive communication


Influencer & Trade Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, site managers, project supervisors, painters, and other decision-makers
  • Organize influencer meets, on-site paint trials, and loyalty-driven events to enhance brand preference
  • Execute trade engagement initiatives including referral incentives, loyalty programs, and targeted site conversions


Sales Execution & Reporting

  • Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets (volume and value)
  • Track outlet performance, competitor activity, and trade scheme effectiveness
  • Submit timely and accurate coverage reports, payment collections, and market feedback
  • Share real-time insights to improve the company’s competitive agility and responsiveness
  • Maintain updated records of trade schemes, outlet performance, and coverage plans


Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Sales, Architecture, Interior Design, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of competitive field sales experience, preferably in paints, FMCG, building materials, or construction
  • Demonstrated success in territory development, competitive displacement, and sales target achievement
