Position Summary
On behalf of a leading cosmetics manufacturing company, we are looking for the Sales Executive (Sales Administrator) responsible for governing order intake, stock confirmation,
dispatch scheduling, and compliance, with accountability for delivering
superior on time in-full metrics and reducing backlogs in a fast-paced
FMCG environment. This is a full sales administration role, and we are looking for someone with the sales background within cosmetics or FMCG manufacturing industry to coordinate with the distributors and sales team in a polite and professional manner.
Core Responsibilities
Order Management & Customer Service
- Central control of order intake via phone and
email
- Order validation and customer finalization
- Proactive resolution of issues (OOS, split
deliveries, substitutions)
Stock & Production Coordination
- Daily verification of available-to-promise (ATP)
against physical stock and approved production plans
Trade Programs Execution
- Implementation of sales promotions, incentives,
and schemes
- Robust control and transparent reporting
mechanisms
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Daily huddles and coordination with Sales,
Production, and Logistics
- Single-point accountability for issue resolution
until closure
Compliance & Controls
- Adherence to company SOPs and documentation
standards
- Control of order-to-cash processes and pricing
approvals
- Maintaining audit readiness
Qualifications & Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field is mandatory). Postgraduate
qualification/ MBA preferred
- 5-10+ years in sales administration, order
management within Cosmetics or FMCG manufacturing
- Strong ERP proficiency
- Age: 25-35 Years
- Willingness
to work in Tanga
