On behalf of our esteemed client from the cleaning service industry, we are seeking a reliable, proactive, and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our client's team. This is a hands-on role involving direct supervision of cleaning staff and ensuring compliance and procedures throughout the working days.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate on-site staff, ensuring smooth team coordination
Ensure all rosters are covered and approved
Monitor equipment, supplies, and scheduling to maintain operational efficiency
Monitor and maintain a standard of cleaning that aligns with the specifications
Ensure compliance with all regulations, safety procedures, and security protocols
Act as the point of contact between management and frontline staff
Act as an onsite point of contact for the company
Resolve issues promptly related to client requests, or staffing
Requirements
2+ years of experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or a Team Leader preferably from the same industry
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Must be punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
