To oversee all financial operations of the company, ensuring financial stability, compliance, cost control and strategic financial planning across all business units.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts and financial plans
Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting and audits
Manage cash flows, expenses, and cost controls across production, across production, farm and sales units
Ensure compliance with tax laws, statutory requirements and financial regulations
Analyze financial performance and provide management reports
Support management in strategic decision making
Supervise finance and accounts staff
Strengthen internal controls and financial systems
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or any related field
CPA (T), ACCA, or equivalent professional qualifications
Minimum of 4 - 6 years relevant finance experience preferably from manufacturing, agriculture, production-based companies
Strong skills in budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow management
Knowledge of taxation, statutory compliance, and financial regulations
High level of integrity, accuracy and analytical skills
Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
