Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Parts
& Service Sales Representative (Product Sales Support) to join our client's team. The PSSR will directly report to the Parts & Service Sales Manager (PSSM) and will be responsible for
promoting the company’s products and services to existing and potential clients
with the objective of maximizing parts and service sales. The role also
supports the implementation of marketing strategies aligned with the
organization’s strategic goals to increase market share for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve
the targeted sales requirements for Parts and Service within the allocated
customer base, handling accounts independently and effectively
- Maintain
comprehensive knowledge of customers’ requirements, ongoing projects, and
overall business position
- Conduct
regular visits to customer project sites and offices to generate incremental
business opportunities
- Continuously
develop new prospects to improve the company’s market share
- Promote
value-added services such as CSA, SOS, and Product Link
- Demonstrate
in-depth product knowledge in the Parts and Service field and effectively apply
this knowledge to drive sales
- Strengthen
and maintain business relationships at all levels within customer organizations
- Carry
out any other duties as may be assigned by the Company from time to time
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or electronics engineering from a recognized
institution
- Minimum
2 years’ experience in sales & marketing preferably within a major dealer/knowledge in the generator industry and material handling equipment, water solution, etc
Key Skills & Competencies
- Ability to achieve 100% of assigned Parts and
Service sales targets within the allocated territory
- Timely
submission of call reports
- Achievement
of the assigned number of inspections
- Strong
communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Self-driven,
results-oriented, and able to work independently
