Job Summary
On behalf of our esteemed client from the telecom services industry, we are urgently looking into filling a Human Resources Officer position. The HR Officer will play a key role in managing HR operations, supporting project teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and interpersonal skills to handle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding
- Support project managers with workforce planning and resource allocation
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and training initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and health and safety standards
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures
- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management decisions
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a project-based or technical services environment
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
