Job Responsibilities
Answering, screening, and directing calls appropriately while maintaining professionalism
Assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are addressed
Responding to inquiries and redirecting them when necessary
Scheduling and managing appointments
Managing and responding to email communications
Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area to ensure a positive first impression
Welcoming visitors, guiding them to their appointments, and providing necessary assistance
Performing general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, office supplies, and records management
Sorting, distributing, and managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Monitoring and ordering office supplies to ensure availability
Job Requirements
Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Front Desk, Receptionist, Secretarial, Business, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a receptionist or similar role. Proven experience in the logistics industry will be an added advantage
Polished presentation and impeccable customer service
Warm and friendly personality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills
