Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics or a related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of port tariffs for LCL, FCL, and break-bulk cargo
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
  • Oversee the company’s overall import and export operations
  • Coordinate closely with transporters, agents, and other stakeholders to streamline operations
  • Maintain strong contacts with shipping lines, port authorities, regulatory bodies, and transporters
  • Deep understanding of port operations and logistics processes
  • Negotiate with transporters and onboard new transport partners
  • Flexibility to work overtime when required
  • Willingness to travel as needed
