Job Purpose
On behalf of the leading micro
lending company dealing with all
Government employees on check off system, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to
sustain business growth and development of company through opening new market
and increase market share and ensure the company profitability target is
achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee Sales Performance
- To make sure we have enough sales
that will enable the company to cover its expenses and generate profit
- Take initiatives in daily, weekly
and monthly sales plan and make sure the team deliver target
- Arranging daily sales plan by
organizing daily sales operation and make sure the marketers perform their
work
- Make follow up with all pending
loan application especially in capturing process with office assistant, follow
client on pending document which are pending to employer
Market Share Growth, Develop Plans for Business Growth and Profitability Target of the Company
- Our business needs new client for
our loan book to increase and make sure we increase the number of civil servants
in our loan portfolio
- Open new market by having new MOU
signed with different employer
- Arranging presentation to
different employer that we have MOU with, but we do not have enough customer
with them
Recruit, Train and Maintain Market Team
- Our businesses depend highly in marketer in getting loan
application. Recruitment is core task toward having sales team
- The recruited team need to be trained and make sure they
have strong knowledge of the product
- The marketer needs to be maintained to make sure we do not
lose them
Preparation and Implementation of Sales Plans, Deliver Sales Update and Market Feedback and Advice
- Preparation of sales market plan
that will be implemented in weekly and daily basis respectively
- Deliver report of sales update in
weekly basis
- Share market condition, updates
and necessary updates when needed
Ensure Organization Quality through Adherence to Agreed Policies, Procedure and Manual
- In the whole process of our business operation the agreed
policies need to be maintained and followed
- Marketer also need to follow all agreed polices and
procedure in process of delivering loan services to the client
- The daily operation also needs to comply with all company
policies and procedure
Build and Maintain Relation with Different Stakeholder for the Growth of
the Business
- Stake holder like Human Resources
from different employer, we need to have good relationship with them for sake of
our business
- Different relation with
government institution needs to be maintained for our different purpose
- Relation with other competing
microfinance to learn and share different necessary information like
compliance, market information, product information, payment structure etc.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree/master's degree in any related field
- At least 5 years and above of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within a microfinance sector
- Proven experience in managing business relationships and driving growth within a microfinance sector
- Understanding of financial analysis, market research, and business strategy within the context of microfinance
- Knowledge of Customer Experience principles and practices
- Good understanding of Performance Management
