Job Summary
On behalf of our esteemed client, we are looking for two Business Heads in South Africa and Egypt to bridge between the customer and the company nutrient solutions in the agriculture and horticulture industry. Generating revenue, building a strong
client network, and forging strategic partnerships to ensure a sustainable
business.
The Business Head for the South Africa position will also be
responsible for the markets in Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Namibia, and
Zambia. Similarly, the Business Head for the Egypt position will be
responsible for the markets in Morocco, Algeria, Libya, and Tunisia. Preferences will be given to candidates with experience/knowledge in these regions.

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible
for overseeing company business operations, within given geographical areas,
aligned with local government rules & regulations and company’s business
ethics.
- Responsible
for company’s business Strategic planning, execution and operational management to
ensure the company’s goals are aligned by abiding local government’s rules
& regulations
- Identifying
and acquiring new customers and up-selling to the existing customer base
- Building
strong relationship with all business accounts
- Ensuring
accurate business revenue forecasting and accounts planning
- Preparing
Monthly, Quarterly and annual revenue and collection forecast
- Responsible
for achieving business revenue and collection targets as agreed with
management
- Responsible
for securing & collecting company’s payments from customers as per agreed
company terms and to be informed to company accounts, at regular basis
- Responsible
to have good relationship with company business related government agencies and to
manage all business-related issues
- Responsible
for maintaining customer wise Sales, collection and budget plan data, with the
help of company accounts
- Responsible
for collecting market and competitors’ activity information, introduction of
new products/innovative products and finding new business revenues
- Ensure
to handle a fair, professional business transaction between company and
Customers
- Ensure
to maintain the multinational brand Image of company in the market
and to deliver professional services to our customers
- Responsible
to report daily business activities to the assigned authorities.
Job Requirements
- Must be from Science/ Agriculture background or any related field
- Minimum
5 to 10+ Years of experience preferably within the agricultural fertilizer industry
- Good Knowledge of Agricultural Fertilizer Industry
- Strong understanding of fertilizers
- Should be good in sales and marketing
- Strong
communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge
of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong
communication and negotiation and Leadership skills
- Familiarity with geographical areas and local market
- The two positions are only open to South Africa and Egypt Nationalities
