Job Purpose
On behalf of a fertilizer
manufacturing company based in DUBAI, we have two open positions for Country Manager in Tanzania and Kenya. The successful candidates will be responsible for bridging between the Customers and the company in the Agriculture and
Horticulture industry. Generating revenue, building a strong client network,
and forging strategic partnerships to ensure a sustainable business.
Job Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's Degree in agriculture/Horticulture/Science
- 8 - 10+ years of experience in the Agricultural Fertilizer industry
- Experience in Sales & Marketing with a background in Agriculture or Science
- Sales & Marketing experience with Agriculture/ Science background.
- Experience in Agricultural fertilizer sales & marketing is preferable.
- Must have strong sales and collection skills.
- Excellent negotiation, customer engagement and closure skills with basic field promotion knowledge.
- Agricultural crop production and maintenance experience is an added advantage.
- Agriculture crop nutrients, pest & disease management skills are the key preferred skills
- Self-initiative, aggressive, experience in conducting field trials at end user level, floating effective revenue generating schemes and proactive actions on competition are value added inputs
- Must achieve sales and collection targets as agreed with management.
- Must have to handle all Agriculture fertilizer business related responsibilities.
