Job Summary
Working closely with sales team, your focus is to provide one-stop solutions to customers, responding and resolving customers’ feedback and complaints, and ensure timeliness and accuracy when responding to customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized service through emails, letters or telephone calls, resolve customer’s enquiry, feedback in related to product
- Understand customer’s need so as to provide information and solutions to customers in an effective and efficient manner
- Consistently deliver excellent quality service to our customers and follow up with customer’s request closely until case closure
- Strictly follow the standard operation procedure and internal guideline of the company
- Any other general customer services duties s assigned by line manager
Job Requirements
- A recognised University Degree or Diploma in any field
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience. Candidate with customer service and sales experiences from banking industry will have an added advantage
- Passion for customer service, a team Player with pleasant personality, excellent telephone etiquette and communication skill in both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
