Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a flexible, productive and responsive administrative service to the staff and management team by contributing towards the smooth running of the
school.
Job Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming guests, keeping front desk presentable with all necessary materials
- Answer all calls, emails, questions, address concerns and directing as needed
- Schedule meetings, and coordinate and assists with office activities
- Review and validate a variety of documents for sufficiency and conformance
- Receive, organize, distribute a variety of files & information in connection with student feedback and participation
- Generate, assemble and distribute materials and information from various sources to School staff and community
- Operate and maintain various office machines, submits work orders for building maintenance
- Maintain office supply inventory and purchase quote requests for miscellaneous items
- Support and participate in school functions as needed
- Perform difficult and specialized typing and office clerical work in connection with the preparation and maintenance of a wide variety of operating, financial, purchasing, accounting and similar records and reports
- Interpret, carry out and enforce existing departmental methods and procedures in connection with office operations
- Make regular contacts with other departmental personnel, the general public and outside organizations relative to office operations
- Prepare, check and review detailed and important office operational records and reports
Job Requirements
- Any related Qualifications/ Education
- A minimum of two (2) years of administration experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Friendly, approachable, and able to create a welcoming atmosphere
for children, parents, and staff
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle
inquiries and issues effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a
diverse group of people.
