Job Summary
We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our client's business. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues/ complaints will make you successful in this role.
Job Responsibilities
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments
- Meeting sales targets
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Giving feedback on sales trends.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Business related field. Masters Degree is a plus
- Minimum 5 years experience in retail or wholesale with strong references preferably from drinking water industry/ FMCG
- Verbal communication
in English and Swahili
- Very proficient with
email, letters and reports making
- Good knowledge of all
areas of Dar es Salaam retail markets, selling, relationship building and
problem solving
- Fluent in English and Swahili
