Description:

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have a Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or Medical Science
• Must have work experience  from any European multinational pharmaceutical company
• The minimum candidates current job position must be a Senior Medical Representative or Supervisor
• Must have proven track record in pharmaceutical sales
• Must be holder of a permanent residence permit

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the company image and brand in the country
• Responsible for turnover of the company in the country
• Overall responsiblity for the sales team
• Ensures fast and efficient product registrations
•  Ensures availability of and access to the company products by correcting choice of distributors
• Responsible for most important prescribers, pharmacies and key opinion leaders (KOLs)
• Budgets all sales, marketing and promotional activities and prepares marketing plan
• Coordinates product launches
• Administers costs and reports these to the company on a monthly basis
• Creates smooth networks between all players in the market
• Motivates the entire team towards success
