Job Summary
On behalf of esteemed client (international courier company), we are
looking for an experienced Sales Representative that has a passion
for selling and is able to hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new customer accounts and managing account relationships.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan weekly cycle to visit prospective clients
- Understand your customers requirements and ensure they are met
- Build strong and strategic relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Meet and exceed budgeted sales target
- Develop and generate sales from existing base towards monthly target
- Interact with customers positively to resolve complaints
Education & Key Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Business Administration or any other relevant degree
- At least 1 year experience within a sales role in a competitive sales environment within the courier industry
- Experience selling at a high level
- Proven sales results
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills in English
Qualities and skills
This position requires an energetic, self-motivated person who is passionate about sales, marketing and communication and has a strong background in this, self-driven individual with a keen eye for detail.Salary Package
- The salary for the job is TZS 800,000 gross
- Prefers candidate with his/her own car and will be provided a total of TZS 100,000 weekly for fuel allowance
- Commission will also be given upon reaching the target, and it will only be out within 30days after the clients making payments
