The Role & Responsibilities

  • Networking and acquiring new key accounts to the company
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing key accounts in person and via telephone calls, personal visits
  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
  • Following up existing quotes and opportunities
  • Gathering market and customer information
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements
  • Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers
  • Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
  • Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders
  • Reviewing sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
  • Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues


Key Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong experience in sales and account generation/management
  • At teast 2-4 years experience in similar market of selling Power Generator
  • Ideally sales experience in a similar sector, especially technical sales knowledge
  • Candidates with sales experience in Power Generator
  • Experience of traveling to clients sites and representing a business
