Job Duties

• Leading and selling Tractors, with an enviable reputation throughout the market
• Responsible for managing the retail distribution / dealer channel
• You will also be responsible for managing the team
• Focusing on push sales at all times
• Responsible on reading accounts and reports on performance, turnover and margins, creating marketing plans and giving consistent overview of sales to top Management

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in any related field
• At least  5-7 years experience in similar market of selling Tractors
• Excellent communication skills
• Be a Problem solver
• Sales & target driven.
