Job Profile

On behalf of our esteemed client, we are looking for well qualified and skilled, competent, hard worker, young and energetic candidates to fill Sales Representative positions. These are folks who drum up business for an airline

Job Responsibilities

• Promoting airline to different companies that are in the business of traveling
• Insuring the airline comes to mind whenever someone considers taking a trip
• Offering special package rates to companies or organizations hosting conferences or other large events
• Negotiating with other airlines so the two companies can work in tandem for passengers who may need to fly more than one leg to reach their destination

Education & Other Requirements

• Degree in Sales, business, Marketing, or a similar field.
• At least 6 months sales experience working in other branches of an airline
• A positive attitude, a friendly, outgoing manner, and a persuasive personality are other trademarks of the job
• Must be fluent in both English and Swahili

Salary Package

• The salary for the job is TZS 800,000 gross
• Prefers candidate with his/her own car and will be provided a total of TZS 100,000 weekly for fuel allowance
• Commission will also be given upon reaching the target, and it will only be out within 30days after the clients making payments
