Assistant Finance Manager basically is a Senior Back Office Accountant who will be direct reporting to MD and Finance Manager/Operations.
Major Responsibilities
Work with the
rest of the finance team across the region to improve business unit financial
reporting and ensure monthly close and forecast processes are managed timely
and accurately
Assist the
finance team in capturing and reporting appropriate business metrics to assist
senior leadership and operations in managing their businesses
Partner with the
General Manager on all financial, operational and strategic issues as they
arise and provide strategic recommendations to the Manager based on financial
analysis and projections, cost identification and allocation, and
revenue/expense analysis.
Lead the monthly
Group reporting/annual budgets and report to the Head Office in London
Manage the cash
and treasury functions
Responsible for
the internal control environment
Design, develop
and implement efficiencies in the entire back office process, from sales orders
to invoice collections
Provide
direction and ensure that all local laws and regulations are followed.
Develop a tax
compliance and planning function for the company
Assist with any
special project work on an as needed basis
Coach and
develop junior members of the team.
Requirements
At least Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA (T)
